We will go through your medical history,  a movement exam, and start treatment if we think Core is a good fit for your medical needs. Unfortunately medicare patients cannot be seen with cash-based physical therapy. 

Continuation of care following your evaluation. If you choose to add on dry needling to a follow up, it is a $20 materials fee, no other charge.

A thin monofilament needle penetrates the skin and treats underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments. Option to do electrical stimulation with the needles, which we will decide together during the session. Need to have a PT evaluation done prior to dry needling.
